– The client agrees that they are fully responsible for their well-being during energy transformation sessions and for the choices and decisions made afterward.
– The client understands that the facilitator does not guarantee specific results.
– The client is aware that all their information will be handled with complete confidentiality by the facilitator.
– The client acknowledges that the use of communication technologies (such as email, text messages, phone calls, among others) is not entirely secure and accepts the risks associated with confidentiality when using these technologies.
– The client releases, waives, absolves, and forever discharges Marta Cunha, her agents, successors, assignees, personal representatives, executors, heirs, and employees from any claim, lawsuit, demand, or request for compensation for damages that the client may allege to have or may have in the future, arising from acts or omissions by the facilitator or related to the services provided. The client also declares that they have not received any promise, incentive, or agreement not expressed in this document to sign this term. This agreement will be binding on their heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assignees, and agents.
